Before submitting your application for rental, please review the information listed below. Properties are rented to the most qualified applicant. Properties are not considered off the market until a Security Deposit has been paid and a rental agreement has been signed by all parties.

Rental worthiness is based on the following criteria below:

  1. Credit Check
  2. Civil & Criminal Search
  3. Rental History
  4. Employment
  5. Pets
  6. Application & Fees

Credit Check

  1. How have you handled your past obligations? (550 credit score)
  2. How much monthly debt do you currently owe?
  3. Do you have re-established credit to offset past derogatory credit?
  4. Discharged Bankruptcies are acceptable under certain conditions.
  5. Social Security Number verification.

Civil & Criminal Search

  1. Have you ever been in litigation with a Landlord?
  2. Have you ever been evicted?
  3. Sexual predator search.
  4. National Terrorist Action List.

Rental History (Last 5 Years)

  1. How often did you pay late?
  2. Did you leave owing money?
  3. How did you maintain the premises?
  4. Did you fulfill the terms of your lease?
  5. Were there any complaints against you or your guests?
  6. Verification from Prior Landlord
  7. Family, Friends and /or roommates are not acceptable rental references.


  1. Do you have a job?
  2. How long have you been at your job?
  3. Is your income verifiable?
  4. Are there any other sources of income?
  5. Do you make at least 3 times the rent?


  1. Allowed if stated acceptable on Rental List.
  2. Must complete a pet application and have animal approved. (Does not apply to medically prescribed service animals)
  3. Must pay an additional deposit. (Does not apply to medically prescribed service animals)
  4. Non vicious breed list

Application & Fees

  1. Application must be complete, signed and the proper fee paid.
  2. Pets should be discussed prior to starting an application with All County staff.
  3. A Driver’s License or other approved photo ID must be included.
  4. $75.00 non-refundable application fee for each applicant over 18 years of age.
  5. Fees must be paid online.
  6. Falsification of information provided by applicant is grounds for automatic denial of application and/or termination of tenancy with loss of all monies paid.
  7. A $150 administration fee.
  8. Must have Renters insurance and provide proof prior to Lease signing.
